   Either they dont have medication in stock, or they dont know how to speak. Staff are very rude. I will not recommend you to go to tesco pharmacy. Its a shame why a big store like tesco recruit such staff. I have experienced this situation many times. Not customer friendly. Not specifically one staff, all the staff in this pharmacy are rude.

   The main pharmacist, Ruth, is wonderful. Very professional, attentive and friendly. Some of the other staff are hit and miss with their customer service, but I can ignore this because of the great behaviour of the pharmacist.

   They are making fun of people. Been coming here for over a year and in past few months the service is ridiculous. The break they have doesn't help to no one. If you're coming at 2pm you will wait to be served for 30min and then you will wait 30.in for get your medication. The staff is rude and not helpful. Usually I don't write the reviews but I have been trying to get my medication for 3 days and it's just unbelievable how hard much time spend on that. Do it better please because some of us are not well and sometimes it's hard to stand an hour just to get medication. Ridiculous....

   Should be zero stars. Absolute joke operation - pharmacist treats customers with inhumanity and condescension. Absolutely embarrassing. As I paid I said ‘you’ve treated me awfully and I just want to leave’ to which the till assistant said ‘yeah alright’ and walked away. Avoid, go to any other pharmacy.

   Not recommended. I can certainly understand the other negative reviews on here. I went to collect some prescriptions but the items wernt all in stock. Instead of forwarding me onto a pharmacy which has the items in stock and is open I was told to do it myself. It's the pharmacy's duty of care to call up other pharmacy's and find one with things in stock. I even advised the pharmacists that this is her duty of care but was told "we dont do that". Suffice to say this pharmacy has left alot to be desired.

   Really professional knowledgeable and kind pharmacists and I'm really pleased with the service and help and questions I had for them and they answered to the best of their abilities which I'm really thankful for. They do have a lot of supplements and medications. Located inside the Tesco and I am really happy with the service

   Regular pharmacist Ruth is very rude, pharmacy staff are rude. They don't bother about patient care. They are getting their salary in time so they are not worried about whether patient are happy with their service or not.

   An absolute rubbish pharmacy with a whole team very rude .pharmacist was disgraceful very very rude, dont know nothing keep telling you to go to gp .if you cant even prescribed anything for sore throat you shouldn't be there.they text you to pickup your medicine and than make you wait atleast 40 to 45 min .always too busy to chit chat with each other.i dont use them anymore. Please find superdrug pharmacy across the road they are very friendly and quick. We dont take medicine for free and they aren't doing any charity they get paid from NHS so stop leting them treat you in this way.
