When is bank holiday is close which is kind of normal, but why is saying that is open I come all the way from faraway. It is silly

Really friendly local pharmacy, I really appreciate their 7pm weekday closing time, which helps people who work until 5 or 6pm collect prescriptions
Passed by and went in to get painkillers for period pain. Asked for a particular brand and was told they didn’t sell it, when I asked if they had something comparable I was told that they don’t sell anything with a particular ingredient, codeine. When I asked why I was told because the owner refuses to stock that ingredient. I don’t know what code of conduct is expected by a pharmacy, but I’m pretty sure you should be refusing to sell particular medications. Does make you wonder what else they refuse to sell.

The best pharmacy in Debeaviour/ Dalston. Always helpful and friendly. Have been so helpful sourcing medicines that are hard to find. Also good disabled/level access for prams. Thanks!
What a lovely experience. Asked me sit for five mins so my blood pressure calmed then checked it three times just to be sure. Gent seemed as happy as I was that it was normal. As I sat there two other customers came in, they knew who they were and what they were there for; one was as amazed as I was. Could teach courses in customer service. Five happy stars!

This place is so lovely, and gives you a very personal experience. They care about you so much and always do they best to look after you. It’s extremely sparkling clean. The best community based chemist I’ve ever been to. I am 1000% coming back here. Happy to spend my money and time here and contribute to a business that genuinely helps others. Thank you to the pharmacist and to the staff who is so friendly and always helpful.
