Love this pharmacy - everyone is super helpful, flexible, understanding. It is clear they care as they find quick solutions if you need quick help (like a repeat prescription before going away. I would recommend anyone to use Meraj Pharmacy.

Poor customer service, poor communication and complete lack of empathy. I came in carrying my 6yo daughter who had injured her foot getting caught in the spokes of the bike and thus couldn't walk. There were three staff present. None of them attended to us. I stood by the counter waiting and waiting to be served while my daughter was sat on one of the chairs next to another customer. This customer showed more care than the pharmacy staff by talking to my daughter and empathising with her. Eventually when another customer came in, the pharmacist who had clearly seen us come in because she was at the front desk initially came over to attend to us. I asked her what to do about my daughter's injury and she replied unsure herself to probably take her to A&E, then went to speak to the male staff at the back of the pharmacy to ask him about it. But instead of coming over to me to reconfirm her advice she just started serving another customer. I am absolutely shocked at this unprofessional attitude and lack of communication and customer service skills as well as lack of care. And also on a human level considering the staff are Muslims I was not seeing the kindness that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ reinforced us to display towards others. All in all I am deeply disappointed.

I I went to the pharmacy with my three-year-old son to get some cough mixture. Whilst in the pharmacy my three-year-old son unfortunately was sick on the floor. At this moment in time all of the staff failed to want to support me until I started to ask for some assistance which I think is very disrespectful considering you are providing a service to people at their most critical and have a duty of care to the public in which you are serving. I took it upon myself to request a mop and plastic bag and tissue to help clear up the mess and insure that during this pandemic I am there to provide support and also safety to other citizens in the community. Whilst dealing with the situation my son was still being very sick and I was made to feel ashamed, embarrassed, and also disrespected in a sense that nobody until I asked for assistance intervened or even enquired to see if me or my child were okay considering the situation that was taken place. I feel as a practice you have not fully understood the assignment of providing a duty of care to societies most vulnerable people at the time of need I also feel that I shouldn’t have to request support in which to maintain cleanliness in your practice and I shouldn’t have to be made to feel that I am poorly parenting my child and have to ask for assistance considering there about five members of staff at the back with clear visibility of the situation that was taking place. I am disappointed considering the situation and I’m also disappointed as to the service I received a fat one young lady who when asked multiple time to support managed to get me some tissue and plastic bags. Even when I was leaving no one thought to check if I was okay if I needed anything if I even managed to obtain what I came to the pharmacy to purchase. Moving forward I really hope you consider the service provided to those people that are in critical need of your care and also consider the fact that if that was me what support would I require how would I want to be treated and what would I want someone to say. once these basic methods of customer service Are met I think that you will start to develop as a medical practice and also start to maintain some form of customer satisfaction.

I used to use this pharmacy to pick up my monthly medication. However, since changing the pharmacist, my tablets are never ready or out of stock causing me to keep returning there so they can rectify their mistakes. I have moved to another chemist and I recommend that anyone needing this service should try elsewhere as their efforts are nothing short of laughable!!
