Russell & Bromley in Buchanan Street a shoe shop that could do with some good window displays to attract visitors into shop. The shoes are displayed in windows but not much kaboo look at us. The shop windows are clean the displays are ok and shop is easy to work round. the staff are friendly. How many times have you walked past the shop without giving it a visit. pop in and check out the range shoes, boots on slae.
Having bought a pair of nude coloured high heel shoes, I found on the first time of wearing them that within 15 minutes my toes were puffing up and I was in agony, they were so tight and uncomfortable - I immediately took them off and never wore them again. By chance whilst walking by the Glasgow shop, a year later, I went in and told a member of staff of my difficulty. She was incredibly helpful, and happily gave me advice on storing them while giving me the option to have them stretched professionally. I readily agreed as I couldn't wear them as they were. The staff did a stirring a job and were so kind and helpful I cannot recommend their quality customer service enough. Well done Glasgow, my first port of call for shoes in the future.
