3.15pm monday 5th august: 3 staff standing in the middle of the store, having a chat and a laugh, but avoiding all eye contact when I needed a different size. I’m not going to beg for service. Stop employing teenagers with attitude - it’s pathetic.
Bought trainers recently. Had to return as we're too small. Everything went well apart from certain items being out on the shop floor that have prices but can't be sold because you don't have a barcode ? lol. It is truly a shame that there doesn't seem to be a person responsible enough to manage these things. Had a plan to buy a few things but now, can't be bothered with this place as it seems like a waste of time really. Footlocker and JD around the corner accommodated me accordingly with even better prices. Cheers!
Really let down by the people at size before when shopping here for a white adidas sweatshirt my mum got me for christmas and they forgot to take the security tag off which isn’t good enough because it was the last one available before leaving the store with me of course wanting to something i got given as a gift it ruined the sweatshirt a little but it was the stores fault and didn’t answer me in person when i asked why did this happen and said am not happy about it got blanty ignored by a woman that here at behind the checkout am still upset by this
Literally had more jordan 1s than I've seen in a shop. It's absolutely perfect, good carhartt section too and it was on sale, so even better!
Size? Has lots of shoes and clothes from popular brands that you wouldn't find in places like jd even though they are owned by them, i prefer to shop here
Cracker of a shop fitting they've done, with some art like the big cone light logo. Amazing. Was in the other day and Chris dealt with me, letting me try on some Nike Air Pegasus, very nice guy, great service, excellent selection of trainers, by far the coolest place for footwear in Glasgow !! :)
Great store! Really friendly staff and exclusive shoes however can be difficult getting your size (pun not intended).
I do like some of the staff in size a lot so i'm annoyed can't back in and boost there sales. As I have purchased around 4 different pairs this month. The manager however has always been quite on edge when speaking to her seems to try. When they posted a FCFS I was 5th upon waiting for a shoe I have wanted for ages eager to get my size which I ended up getting (Not reselling any of there shoes) When I got out the store I put the shoe straight on and crushed my box to prove to my friends( Which is not sizes business) I would wear the hyped shoe , even though this has nothing to do with size the manager came storming out and asked tried to frame me for littering ( why would I leave an sb box on the ground ) I decided to leave as she told me not to come back... However banning someone because you thought they where littering Is mad shoes the lack of managerial Skills and professionalism .However there is some great employees. But the manager and some other are ruining sneaker culture and the shoe community for everyone Also when trying to be nice or have a decent conversation the manager has been rude and not helpful. I never leave littler it's not my type of thing I Helped tidy up the litter on the last realise as outside the shop was full of empty alcohol and put out cigarettes ( you wouldn't get that on a dunk realise)
