   Excellent service. I bought a pair of shoes that starting letting in water after just a few weeks. I took them back and had them exchanged, no hassle and Lauren was very efficient and happy to help. Unfortunately, the new pair were no good either, had to return them. This time I got my money back. Nice staff, quality of the shoes not so good.

   Good and wide variety of collections. The prices are good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady helped me to find the correct size, and she offered to ask the other branches whether they have the intended size. The most interesting thing is that machine that make shoes waterproof. I tried it many times. Recommended.

   Good prices compared to other high street shops in the same area. Wide selection from all kind of makers, sketchers , Nike , and many more. The shop is clean and tidy, the staff is kind and helpful.

   Me and my mother went to the store in sauchiehall street and we met this lovely young man who’s name I didn’t catch but started with an R I’m sure, black hair and glasses . He was AMAZING, knows about all the products he sells behind counter and about the shoes, such a friendly person and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Amazing service and a lovely human.

   Clean, well lit and spacious store with a huge selection of stock available with something for everyone with many brands available including Sketchers, Nike, Addidas to name a few. Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional.

   Most shoes sold here are pretty much poor quality. I purchased two pairs of shoes from here before the last lock down and they both started to fall apart within weeks of wearing them. I will next time buy them from a more reputable shop.

   I am a female with size 9 feet. Was advised best way to see what is available is to go online, see what is available, give staff code and they will see if in store. Definitely not a positive experience. Sick and tired of discrimination of people with larger feet. We deserve the same shopping experience as other customers. Hopefully this can be sorted
