The sales assistant who helped me was fantastic! She was calm, and quiet, and nothing was too much trouble. And she kept finding shoes I loved! Very good service.
I was in with my husband on Saturday 31st August and thought I had left a bag behind in the shop but never realised until all the shops were closed. I phoned on the Sunday morning and spoke to a lovely young man (cannot remember his name, sorry) who was unaware of anything being handed in. He told me it had happened to him before so could understand how I felt and asked if he could take my number and would check the cameras from the time I had been served at the till. He called back within 5 minutes to let me know that I never had the bag I was looking for when I entered the shop but, hoped it would narrow it down where I might have left it and hoped that I would find it. Thankfully, I was able to trace it to the Tiso shop I had previously been in. I would just like to thank him for going that bit extra checking the cameras which enabled me to arrange to come back to Glasgow to collect the bag
This is specifically for one salesperson - 832715. She was great. Helped me to choose the correct shoe for my mother. The other sales people were really curt and didn't care, they just pointed. But this one lady steered me in the right direction and the shoes I picked worked perfectly!!

Just want to say thanks to the Ugly Sister at Skechers Buchanan ST Glasgow who really cheered me up dressed up for Halloween. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop also looked fab, well done !

Skechers are my favourite brand of trainers at the moment, so a Skechers in Glasgow City Centre. However this is quite a small shop and there's also a bigger Skechers at the Fort in the east end which is worth a consideration if you don't see what you want here. Still it's a great location.
