   I was in the buchanan galleries branch today and I wanted to say how impressed with the service I was, from the young gentleman who served my mum. She was exchanging shoes she'd had sent out and he arranged for the shoe in her size to be posted out as it wasn't in stock in branch. He had a lovely manner with her and was very efficient. As someone who works in retail I just wanted to give him credit for a job done well.

   Brilliant shoes and service!!! I just bought and got another 2 pairs of the Hotter Sprint shoes and they are superb! I got one black colour pair for my work and another navy blue colour for general wear. I bought them from the Buchanan Galleries store in Glasgow and the staff here are excellent! Very friendly and helpful service! I really enjoy shopping here because of the service! The shoes are really comfortable and are very good value! This will be my 4th pair of Sprint shoes. I used to shop around but I am now going to stick to Hotter Shoes! (ps: - I like the look of the trekking / walking shoes / boots.) Overall fantastic shoes, price and service!!!    Shoes are much better bought in store, if quality staff are available to advise and assist. This place provides excellent service from staff who are attentive, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in finding shoes which are comfortable, stylish, and fit for purpose. When I visited, the shop was extremely busy - but the efficient staff remained calm, smiling and helpful. Although staff were working non-stop, there was no sense of rush or hurry. I selected 4 pairs of shoes for the family. Harry, Christopher and Eleanor were so helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A slight ordering glitch (no fault, just 'one of these things') resulted in the staff doing everything they could to put things right. You won't get this service online - a visit to this shop is highly recommended.

   I took advantage of 30% sale and decided on two pairs of shoes which they didnt have in size or colour I wanted so they duly ordered them. Turned out there was a prob with delivery but the manager sorted everything out efficiently and attentively. The gravity II shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever !! Hardly ever had them off since purchase !!impressed with helpful staff ...the Manager is an expert people person and very patient!!highly recommend !!
