This is my local chemist that I have used for years & where my prescriptions are collected. Never had any issues and always friendly and efficient.
Visited to get my travel vaccine. Made enquiry by phone and was told to simply walk in at my convenience. Staff were great answered questions and got what u needed.
Usually have no issues with this pharmacy, but yesterday took my daughter for the pharmacist to have a look at a curling iron burn that had started weeping. The lady behind the counter looked at us like we were aliens & barely responded, just stared. She then went to the pharmacist who I saw rolling her eyes before coming to speak to us. She kept her distance like she thought she would catch something, made no attempt to look, asked to see a photo & told us to go to the walk in. The whole interaction from start to finish was bizarre & quite honestly rude. Never had treatment like this in there before so was shocked.
Always mess up prescriptions. New kids don't know what there doing . No supervision .
Went to buy caugh medicine for my 8 years old kid and asked for a good medicine. They lady gave me a medicines which say 1 to 5 years once I said I will buy different one which says 1 to 11 years, she said I shouldn't ask her which one is good. Very bad behaviour, I will have to ask my GP to arrange different pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy.
The staff is polite... Professional... And will go the extra mile to help with any problems you may have. Great chemist.. Great staff
I have visited her a number of times and each time the quality of service deteriorates. The staff are more interested in making Ā£ than actually being a community service. They are extremely "selective" as to who they help with free services. I've been forced to escalate my complaint as they are exploiting these critical times and are no better than the local shops raising their prices. Disgusting.
