   What an absolute shambles. Prescriptions not delivered when they’re meant to be. (100% Not the drivers fault!) Lie on the phone that they don’t have the prescriptions from the Dr. But when the dr calls they miraculously find it. They have lied several times over this! The person on the phone has no listening skills and talks over you every time you try to explain or talk. House bound palliative care in-laws left without crucial meds several times. If we could use a different pharmacy we would!!

   Great chemist very reliable and helpful i changed because after lockdown they stopped delivering over the hill and my new one is useless, so ive gone back to oxlow lane and someone will pick up for me, there service is top notch

   Pls sort out your queue system. On entry to shop there is a sigh saying go to left and q. Did this today and was ignored whilst people who entered shop after me were served before me.Returned item to shelf and left. Pls remove keep left sign or adhere to keep left q sign and service that q 1st.Thankyou.
