Delicious flatbread sandwiches which are unique to anything I’ve had before! Also wonderful, friendly service
First of all the woman behind the counter was wonderful and had great service, even though i was clueless she walked me through what it was and taught me how to order the meal. The food was amazing first time having anything like it and i must say i’m addicted. I definitely will be back and encourage everyone to go and try this.
We’re incredibly grateful for the outstanding food you provided for our corporate event! The akara falafel was a real standout—everyone couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. The salad bowl was vibrant and fresh, and the lemon sponge cake was hands-down the best I’ve had in ages—perfectly moist and absolutely delightful! The two trays of lemon cake disappeared in no time; it was such a hit that we only wish we had ordered more! A huge thank you to Tosin for making the entire ordering and delivery process so seamless. I have just visited Bongou Cafe. I've eaten chicken flatbread, it was my first meal of the day. It could not get aby better! Great mixture of ingredients, just enough spicy... And ohhh God! The flatbread itself. Amazing! Tried also falafel one, also great stuff! Will definitely visit then again :) place really neat, and customer service marvellous!
Great little cafe in the neighbourhood. I often swing by here during the week when I’m working from home and I just want a quick bite to eat and a break from my flat. The staff are always super friendly and the flatbread sandwiches are amazing. I’ve brought both my parents here when they come to visit and they still talk about the sandwiches and the coffee.
Oh my goodness! Best cupcake I've ever tasted! OK so I don't know the owner as I had one of these from a friend. The cupcake was extremely fresh, buttery and melted in my mouth; the cream cheesey cream on top (I like good food but I don't cook) was kissed by angels. Great for corporate events, classy kids parties or after a bad breakup! Wow. Amazing!
A great local cafe with amazing food that is a welcome change from regular cafe food. I got the chicken Shawarma and it was packed full of flavour and tasted so fresh. The drinks are always prepared with care. The staff are so friendly and even on busy days will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Bongou to anyone! I can't wait to try the other items on the new menu!
