   The photo doesn’t do it justice, I just had my first Scottish morning roll at Happy Bean Café and it’s going to take something special to top it. The roll was incredibly soft with just the right bite on the crust, perfectly warmed through without being dried out (no idea how they manage that so quickly). I went for the black pudding and fried egg roll, the black pudding was fresh and beautifully peppery. Takeaway only, with friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended. £3.60

   Excellent for take-away breakfast. I stopped by twice for big, tasty breakfast rolls with fried egg, blood pudding, and hot sauce. Combined with a nice, strong, black iced coffee, my days got off to a great start. He also sold a peanut butter and jam cookie bar that was dense, just sweet enough, and very satisfying

   Absolutely in love with the cinnamon cake! I sometimes order on deliveroo just for that. Decent and large variety of quality smoothie too, although smoothie is a bit more expensive. Wish I live closer to the shop!

   I love Scotland like BIG LOVE and personal cafes like Happy Bean Cafe with awesome coffee is a super find. Wish we had time for breakfast bc the sandwiches and smoothies looked and smelled amazing.
