Amazing view with delicious food! Tried Nachos, Curly fries. Having a great place to sit inside or outside with a good view to click pictures.
Can't go wrong with bar food. The environment and the servers/bartenders were where it was at. Loved sitting in an old style pub/library for a pint, a vegan burger and a chat. The vegan nachos were very good. Cheap and cheerful too! Relaxing at its best.
Loved this place. Have you ever been to a bar/pub in an actual library? This is so cool. The staff was professional and kind, and the atmosphere was really cozy. If you have the opportunity, take a seat at the tables at the second floor: you could go up for a wooden stair and enjoy your Todd and drinks amongst book shelves. Enjoy!
Went in here for some food and drinks yesterday. They had screens advertising £5 pizza Tuesdays but when I tried to order that the girl at the bar said that that wasn't deal they did anymore. Why the hell you advertising it then? Got a pizza anyway and it was pathetic for the £7/8 I paid. It was small, very bland, and very disappointing. The drinks were okay priced and not too expensive but no cocktails.
Best vegan chicken burger I’ve had, and quickly came as I was in a rush so they even gave it to me in a takeaway box as requested - would heavy recommend :))
Today I stood at the bar and the guy behind the bar literally looked at me and served another queue. So I join the queue and he ignores me to go serve 2 girls with their cleavage out. He finished serving them, so I figure he'll serve me. Nope, looks at me again, skips me and serves someone who literally arrived. Bad service. Sad because the nachos are alright. Fire that guy please.
I've ate here before and the food sizes are always inconsistent. 2 for 1 nachos increased their price and reduced their size depending on the day. I went one day and it was big. I went literally the next and it was small.
Amazing atmosphere and a great date place. Did not have food so cannot speak to that.
Nice location, good atmosphere, but do not order food. We had to wait over 1h for the first plates to arrive. Mostly cold. And just not good. Pizza wasnt even cooked. And it took another 20 minutes for the last plate to come in. Take a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, just do, not, order food.
