   Great appearance from the outside and does not disappoint on the inside either. Had the choice 3 starters, the Camembert wasn’t the best tbh but the potatoes and Karaage Sticky Chicken was amazing! The festive burger was yummy with delightful fries, the fish and chips was cooked very well and the batter crispy, spot on mushy peas! All washed down with a few local pints of Edinburgh’s finest lager and G&T. Lovely friendly atmosphere and our server and bar staff could not of been any more helpful from the moment we arrived. So thank you Doctors, just what was needed on a cold and wet evening.

   Great spot with classic pub food! The service was quick and friendly. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The pie was a highlight and the thick cut chips were my personal favorite. On the pricey side for drinks but food was reasonable.

   Another excellent Green King pub. Interesting interior and some outdoor seating. Friendly staff. We enjoyed talking to the staff member who had been to Toronto. It’s always fun to share stories. We had the fish sandwich with fries and both were tasty.

   We stopped here for lunch and the food was great! Lots to choose from on draught and plenty of traditional dishes including fish and chips and haggis pie. Waiter/bartender was very friendly and attentive and prices were average.

   Super attentive staff, bartender was able to give a great beer suggestion with just a quick chat. Food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing after being out all day seeing the city. I would love to have a place like this at home.
