   Good selection of comfortable, well-priced footwear. The only shop I could find in Glasgow city centre that offers a range of slippers suitable for elderly women. Staff are friendly and helpful.

   Horrible experience. Terrible staff and manager. I'm a loyal customer to this store and have been for many years however today early afternoon, between 12:00 - 13:00, I went to this store to pick up my online order and I was horrified to find that my orders bag had been ripped open and the box within was absolutely destroyed and broken, and very poorly attempted to fix with sticky tape. This isn't the first time that this has happened. My order, that has been paid by me with my personal details on it has been opened without permission or proper reason. As this has happened so often, I decided to ask the elderly lady with short dark red hair (I assume) manager this time and share my concerns. She immediately started raising her voice, interrupted me, and didn't allow me to finish speaking as I tried to explain my point of view. She had an absolutely rude attitude towards me and completely ignored my concerns. Her excuse was that every order has to be opened, checked and tested before being given to the customer. I have never heard of such things happening in any other store. I've ordered from many other shops and this type of treatment has never occurred to me. I trusted this store, thinking my orders were safe there but I was wrong. If I ordered to my.house the box wouldn't be opened by whoever was delivering to me, so why should they? While I was being mistreated by this dark red haired lady, another blonde curly haired lady with glasses called security. When the security arrived, he asked me to leave the store as if I were some type of criminal. While I was outside the store, I explained to security my side of the story and he agreed with me, saying I was mistreated and that he too has never heard of any store opening orders before giving them to customers. While this was happening I looked inside and noticed the staff laughing and mocking me. The red haired lady later stepped outside the store and continued shouting at me and attacking me with harsh words. If anyone were to look at camera footage, it's extremely clear who was being rude and aggressive. This also isn't the first time that this lady and staff have caused me issues as there's been previous times that they've mistreated me or have been unfair towards me. I don't understand how such people can still be working. I hope better staff will be hired. I'm a very polite and respectful person and they treated me like an animal and criminal.

   Love this place. We were looking for boots that could be used in the mud/water resistant and they said they have a special machine that could make any boot water resistant. Bought 2 pairs and used them well and they definitely are holding up well! The lady that helped us was super understanding and caring.

   Partner ordered shoes over a month ago and they have still not arrived. She called them to ask what was happening and was told they are en route and there had been a problem at the warehouse. Still no boots....the saga continues...
