Very poor customer service. Tried to return faulty shoes I bought in the shop but they couldn’t bother dealing with it. Had to go through customer service and finally returned the item to the shop. I will not set foot again in that shop. The company should train staff on consumer rights and how to deal with customers!
Great selection
Couldn't buy the mens trainers in the shop but the assistant was super helpful and ordered them on line for to be delivered to my home. Quick delivery, I received them on Friday. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to the shop in Buchanan Galleries, clean,bright and staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Brilliant store with friendly staff and a great selection of boots and shoes. They have a machine which sprays the shoes to help keep them in good condition which I’d definitely recommend!
What wonderful service from the staff. A really pleasant experience from such helpful ladies. So much nicer than the service we had in John Lewis ten minutes layer from the man in household who was anything but pleasant and definitely not helpful. Well done Jones Bootmaker.
