   I cannot explain just how good a service this company provides. I had an unexpected leaking issue within my bathroom which required a full refit. Having never done this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to handle it. Morag and Willie were amazing from the get go - very quick response, came out to inspect the bathroom and explain exactly what would make the best use out of my tiny bathroom space. Morag’s designs were flawless, and so much nicer than I ever would have picked out myself (so I literally didn’t change a thing, not even colour!) They helped provide all the information I would require for the insurers (such as sizings, photos etc) which made a massively daunting task much easier to deal with, and talked me through every step of the renovation before, during and after. They even discovered why the bathroom water pressure would change even when my neighbours were using their water, and rectified the issue straight away which was not a part of the initial plans; and it has made a MASSIVE difference to the water supply and pressure in our home now. The quality of the shower wall and other products they have used is second to none, the service was exceptional and the space I now have in my bathroom (including storage space underneath and above the sink) is unbelievable. I have added photos just to show how amazing the difference is. Willie, Morag, and your whole team - from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. You’ve no idea how much this has meant to me. I cannot recommend this company enough - but even if my words haven’t conveyed this, the photos themselves will. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

   If you want a professional job then use Kenneth Installations as the entire team are fantastic. I've just had 2 bedrooms and cloakroom toilet completed and I am extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. From initial visit they provided great advice with much patience and no pressure. Joiners, plumber, electrician and tilers all clearly highly skilled and so nice, nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the result. Can't recommend highly enough, will definitely use again.

   Absolutely over the moon with our re fitted two bedrooms.All work carried out to a very high standard, the two workmen were the most professional, courteous, hard working guys we have ever had , over the years we have had building work in our home but these two outshone every other company's builders. We would not hesitate in recommending Kenneth Installations to all our family and friends, in fact we are now planning on having another bedroom fitted out in the new year.
