Purchased an item through their website. Waited a week and had no updates on shipping etc. Emailed asking for an update on delivery and received a paypal refund. No communication from the store. Very disappointing

Ordered a phone online for delivery, asked for a update via phone was hung up on so phoned back and was spoke to like rubbish then the staff member promptly hung the phone up. Was told it would be dispatched today and it hasn't been dispatched. Sent them emails to the store and also to the head office and they cannot read or reply to the emails as well. Not a very good experience and feel like cancelling the order.
Purchased item yesterday and politely asked store for a more detailed description of the item along with some photos. Emails ignored. No signs of it been dispatched... Nothing. It takes minutes to read and reply to an email. Disappointing customer service. UPDATE!!! it's been 2 days since my purchase, just received an email to say the item isn't in stock and I will be refunded. It's taken 2 days for them to tell me this, shows you how lazy the staff are.
The staff are very helpful & will do their best to get you a good price especially if you're a regular customer, highly recommend.
Bought an S22 from here online as a present, was sold as good condition. I received the phone and had scuffs on the bezel where it had been scraped somewhere, and paint came off. Screen was absolutely full of scratches including deep ones and also had screen burn. None of this was mentioned in description. I ended up returning the phone after i was told to send back, but the company has failed to refund me and give postage cost back for item not as described. Person i spoke to over the phone was clueless and said we don't offer return postage and he's not sure why as only covering the store and doesnt work there. Its standard procedure for EVERY store to offer postage refund for item not as described, however they must be an exception. I am owed almost £440.
