I use this takeaway most times. So disappointed got a munchy box this evening it was full of chips with a few bits of chicken 2 ribs not value for money and disappointment
Ordered a munch box I was shocked to find mostly chips in it very disappointing not going here again
Very disappointed. I think the owners /management has changed because this used to be an excellent takeaway. Curry sauce was gloopy like it was cold. Separated. Rice was overcooked, cold and stodgy. Chips were cold too. And very stingy with the prawns. Not be going back here.
Ordered the £12 salt and pepper box. Absolute joke 2 chicken balls 2 ribs and a few chunks of chicken in batter. Box was 90% chips absolute rip off. My special fried rice had chicken and char siu pork not a single prawn. Won't return total rip off.
Good service, food well presented and very very tasty. Look forward to trying more dishes.
First time we ordered from here. Didn't realize there was so many Chinese takeaways in Helensburgh. This one though, has to be the best so far. Ok, the downside, we had to wait 60 minutes for our food, but when it arrived, it was delicious. And there was so much of it! We ordered two beef chow meins, and sweet and sour pork balls. Just one beef chow mein would have done the two of us. A little cold on arrival, but it comes supplied in large plastic bowls (well the chow mein does), and on this bowl, it says you can reheat in the microwave. I've never seen this before. Will definitely be ordering again as we enjoyed our dinner.
Ordered from here Friday evening and it was gorgeous there was so much of it and it was piping hot
Best Chinese Takeaway I’ve had in years! Good quality ingredients, not greasy at all and my food was still hot when I arrived back home in Arrochar with it. 100% recommend and will be back.
The food that I got was pretty good, not quite what I was expecting but tasty none the less. I've dropped two stars for the ridiculous delivery price (yes it was advertised but £7 was pretty steep) and the fact I had to wait 90 minutes. I did call after 60 minutes, was told 10 and had to wait almost 40 as my order had just been started at the hour point. Really not happy with that and hopefully next time I want a Chinese takeaway my usual choice will be open. I won't rush to use this place again.
