Worst Chinese I've ever tried. Soup was thick like porridge, rice was sticky, salt and pepper chicken was tasteless and slimy. Never even tried the spare ribs they went into the bin. Had a few bits of the rice but that was it. Avoid.
Food was barking. Almost all the order was different / wrong and the taste was disgusting. Who puts vinegar in gravy.
Never again will I be ordering from here! Waited the best part of an hour for the delivery driver to pull up and sit there for over 5 mins! When he eventually brought the food to my door he apologised stating there was a confusion in deliveries. I then emptied my soup from the container into a bowl to find a hair. When I phoned I was told there is no long hair in the kitchen, considering I have light hair and I'm the only one in the house this doesn't seem likely! Hope environmental health take this further.
Noodles are nice chips were okay got them but needed to put them in the air fryer when they arrived. Curry sauce and salt and pepper chicken were poor sadly.
Absolutely disgusting food, disgusting prices and disgusting customer service, just eat do you really wanna be associated with this kinda place. I called to complain and was told it was my fault the food was disgusting. I think I should have got my £10 + order mone6 back. Disgusting in ever6 aspect of the word. Wish I’d read other reviews before I ordered
I ordered pancake roll, 2 x chicken noodle soup and small portion of mussels. Avoid this place. The food was disgusting and not cheap. The pancake rolls were dripping with oil!!! And the inside was like dregs from leftovers. The soup must have had a teaspoon of liquid and the noodles over cooked and some kind of fake chicken. I didn’t dare taste the mussels of which there was 2! Please don’t eat here. I should add that I ordered through Uber and the owner called me to pay him another £2 on top of that!
Wish I could give lower than 1 star, ordered through uber eats for delivery, got a call roughly 10 minutes after I ordered from the restaurant to say they could not deliver as I was too far away (I was paying £4 for delivery and wasn't even a mile away) so they said they would cancel the order on their end which I angrily agreed with. Eventually got food someplace else, about an hour or 2 passed and I got a notification from uber eats saying to leave a review, at this moment I realised they had not cancelled the order and took payment as the money left my bank account, I promptly contacted uber support to get it refunded, but not happy that they're trying to blatantly steal money from people. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
Ordered via just eat and paid by card. Restaurant called, after some time telling us we need to pay £5 more for delivery as we were 7 miles away (we were not). We refused and advised what they was doing was immoral. They informed us if we cancelled they would refund. I contacted just eat to complain and was told the restaurant would keep the money (nearly £30) as I cancelled too late and the restaurant needed to be paid. I'd explained what happened and reported it to PayPal as well. I've advised of they do not refund us then we will report it as theft. Avoid at all costs. Very dishonest but also not that bright as have phone log of when they called us, which they have now blocked me from calling so clearly know they have done wrong. EDIT: after lots of to and frow with just eat they finally admitted the restaurant was in the wrong and had checked the call logs. Was finally refunded.
