   There’s not an option for zero stars ! The surgery is now a joke and needs to get sorted, the dentist (Mr Fallah) was running behind by about 20 minutes, when my appointment finally came, he rushed through the check up and said I don’t have time today for a scale/polish even though I booked an appointment for a check up/scale/polish, so a 20 min appointment was done in 2 mins just so that he could make for loss time at my expense. The previous dentist Victoria Finnie would never had done that she would have taken her time, the difference in standard has dropped so much its disgusting and scary. I’ve been a patient for 15 years and I’ve never been so dissatisfied. I don’t want the displeasure of being treated by Mr Fallah again. I’m going to change my dentist.

   I would like to thank Dr Tanu Agrawal for the emergency appointment my daughter had with her. My daughters normal denist had no one to see her so they managed to get her an appointment with this wonderful practice. Every single member of the team were fantastic. Dr Tanu Agrawal made my daugher and myself feel at ease the whole way through. Thank you all so so much.

   I had let my dental treatment lapse for a short period of time and after making an appointment for a check up, I was slightly nervous returning to the dentist. Dr Tanu Agrawal could not of been more accommodating and helpful in her treatment, and explained everything so clearly. I have had a couple of visits now after my initial checkup showed some work needed done and I am really impressed so far. I woukd highly recommend Dr Agrawal in particular to anybody who may be nervous about dentists and her passion for helping people improve their dental hygiene is clear to see.

   This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. My husband has had 3 of his appointments canceled back to back, all of them being in short notice. He had to miss work for it and lost money that day for nothing !! The people who work here are also quite rude and never pick up the phone. Now I don’t even know when he will be able to make another appointment. Canceling appointments with no given reason is just awful and a waste of our time. They should at least call and cancel it over the phone the day before, not send a text when he has already made the trip there. At least give some sort of compensation.

   I have traditionally avoided going to the dentist because of past experiences which weren’t positive. However, what an excellent experience. Great staff, Dr Agrawal and team were excellent, made me feel comfortable and easily underwent treatment which I previously would have found unable to. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

   The new dentist, Sam, is amazing. The best dentist I've ever been to, and that includes Africa, Germany, and USA. I'm a born coward and scared of needles. Previously , I have always insisted on a full aesthetic.With Sam, I hardly felt a thing, even during 2 root canals for a badly damaged front tooth. Front of house staff are very courteous and extremely competent. There is a short wait time for routine work, but emergencies are handled right away. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

   The dentist was proficient and made me aware of lots of options, and was able to deal with my emergency the best way possible. She also formed a plan for future visits and sent me away with helpful information and a follow up appointment to check my progress.
