   Week on week service is getting worse, 15 minutes in the drive thru yesterday to serve 4 cars. staff look stressed and ran ragged.

   By far one of the best experiences, I’ve had the coffee here is truly exceptional, and I wish they had more of them in the states. The customer service was on point, they were welcoming, kind, informative, and patient. Conveniently located and exceptionally clean, my new favorite place to get my coffee in the morning.

   A very mid experience overrall as it comes down to which staff are on when you go in. Most are great but there are a few that sound and look like they don't want to be there. I get it, work sucks, but it's not my fault? The drinks are consistent enough but ensure the lids are on TIGHT as they can be flimsy and I've had multiple spills if I don't check the lids. Obviously costa-fortune, like all other Costas.

   Drive through!!! So quick and easy. Order at the first box pay and pick up at the next. Wonderful seated area. Very modern decor. Great variety of diary alternatives. Now selling Gluten Free M&S sandwiches whoooo! Friendly staff.

   Great and super quick service. Never had any issues here. Staff are always helpful and drinks are made well. Great parking here too and it’s normally not too busy. This store also seems to be better stocked than some others in the local area.
