    We were just in today for some coffees, and when the chap was making our lattes he had his hands cupped around the top of the rims of each glass (after touching the till). Then he fluffed up his hair and again cupped his hands around the rim of the glass/cupped the top, fair to say we wiped down the glass before drinking but we’re pretty disgusted with this. Topped off with dirty spoons. My nutcracker latte was nice but my friend didn’t like the taste of their normal latte. Costa please make sure your staff are hygiene trained as everyone could clearly observe what was happening.

    Just go for an Americano when you’re in the big coffee chains like Costa. They don’t brew their latte’s properly and the milk tastes bland. Just dropped here for the view on a sunny day.

    Loved the Hot Chocolate in the chilly Glasgow weather! The cappuccino and croissant was good. The coffee shop was quite spacious, however did not find it well maintained. Saw some flies flying around. Also found the staff a bit indifferent.

    This particular outlet of Costa Coffee at George Square is my favorite one in Glasgow. They have huge variety of cakes and snacks. The staff is good too. I love visiting it once a week.

    A decent cafe in a great location next to the station. The service was good and fairly efficient. There is also plenty of seating to accommodate busy periods.
