   Costa, please invest in this branch. It's always extremely busy, and there are nowhere near enough seats. The staff are always run off their feet and frequently make mistakes, or forget your order altogether. It happened once again today - waited 10 minutes in the queue, then our order was forgotten. We eventually got our coffees 20 minutes after we ordered them. The staff are great, and very hard working, but you never see the same staff each time you visit. This branch is overcrowded and understaffed. Needs way more seats and tables, more staff, and perhaps regular/resident staff that can get to know their customers, rather than a constant rotating stock of trainees. The staff who do work here work VERY hard, and they just can't keep up with the demand. Please show this branch some love! Thank you.

   I visited today at 10am. The lady and man who served me where amazing with attention to detail. I have black tea and they heated my cup up, small things but such a game changer for any black tea drinkers. Made my day ❤️

   It's fine. When you sit in to dine / drink in these drive through places the service really is focused on the car drivers and not those inside to the same extent. Always bugs me and is always the case. One person serving compared to three with the drivers. Obviously the service level declines. But fine coffee and ambiance.

   Coffee was nice and cake was good. However as a sit in customer service took far too long. No fault of the staff locally, operationally they seem to prioritise "just eat and drive through before sit in. Think I will be moving to NERO for my coffee.

   Spent over a £100 there the last week, costs about £7 to get a coffee delivered and they can't even add sweetener or a stirrer. Really poor service. Won't return custom as they obviously get so many complaints they don't answer the phone to them! If you're going to do a job, do it right, if you're not prepared to, step aside & let a competent, caring person have the position. Namaste

   Been coming here regularly over the years for. It's a fairly standard branch of Costa Coffee with the usual range of coffees, teas, cold drinks and snacks. The service here is usually excellent, although there's a high turnover of staff and so the service can be slightly inconsistent, but very rarely. The range of snack is alway excellent, even by the standard of Costa. The cafe is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but there's a small car park and we've never had any problems getting a spot.
