   Awful timing, ordered from UberEats and it took 2 hours to arrive and they're only 1.5 miles from me, I would have walked If I'd known their delivery was so horrible. Their line was almost always busy, and when I finally got through I was hung up on mid conversation. Food was still warm when it got to me. Really good big portions and tastes decent.

   Not sure what the low ratings are for here but here’s my take: Portions are more than adequate, quality is up there with the competition for the area, price is also competitive, took a few mins as it was rush hour, but for what they’re giving me it was acceptable timing. Will go back for sure

   I like that this place has good, labelled vegan options. However I ordered last night and the order took 3 hours to arrive! And when it did, there was chicken fried rice instead of the plain rice I ordered! They also ignored my note, which clearly said "no prawn crackers". I'm vegan and I don't want to receive animal products! Please refuse orders if you are too busy to fulfil them in reasonable time. Please ensure order notes are respected, and take care to give people the correct items. By the way, oyster sauce is not vegetarian. Please amend your menu to reflect this.

   I have been having a takeaway from this Chinese takeaway for many years now, literally since I was a child. The food is great and there's so much variety on the menu and the food has always been good value for money. Occasionally orders have been wrong especially when ordered for home delivery which can be slow at times, but the food always arrives hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this takeaway, it's been a great experience for me for many years now!

   We ordered delivery via Just Eat, and could only select our general uni campus as the delivery location as it was the only option. We then got a call from the restaurant who yelled at the person who ordered about the delivery address and went on a general tirade about how much they hate students, not letting them get a word in and distressing them. I don't think I have to say that this is horrendous customer service and was a horrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars, clean up your act.

   Order arrived 1 HOUR later than the estimated time. Like others have said, no way to track the progress of the order as it’s not delivered by Deliveroo. No one picks up the phone either. Best to stay away from this place.
