   Cheap filling fast Chinese food. Hit the spot when my daughter and I came into Bath late. I think some of the low stars are a bit unfair given how cheap this place is. It’s cheaper than a fast food chain restaurant.

   I ordered a Vegetable Chow Mein, as shown on receipt and repeated to me again when I collected my order. Received an order containing seafood and meat. The staff replaced my order when I returned but it was bland and tasteless. They threw in mini spring rolls that were somehow worse than the discount frozen option. Honestly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Genuinely tastes of nothing but the grease it was cooked in.

   We have used snack box for years ordered a delivery tonight and it was very disappointing the special chow mein had very little meat, , one prawn and a very watery sauce with no flavour?? My partner had a couple of different dishes which were equally disappointing ?? What’s going on why has it changed ??

   I do not usually leave reviews however the food is far from standard. All chicken balls burnt to charcoal, with barely any chicken in them to start with. The sauce was the only saving grace in this case and made whatever bits left, salvageable. Salt and pepper chips were great but werent the reason I ordered the Chinese in the first place… Wasnt expecting anything straight out of China but this is below par. If any other place is open at the time youre planning on getting a takeaway then for your own sake consider getting food from there as they whip things from a freezer, burn it to dust and think it is acceptable to serve to customers here.

   Absolutely awful experience, massively dissatisfied with all aspects of the service this place provides. Been a regular customer for roughly 3 years and until now I’ve never had an issue bar some sub par delivery temps which they’re not responsible for. Tonight however the curry sauce is more like a dirty beige block of plain gelatine that’s been heavily diluted and sat for hours and the egg fried rice was hard, absolutely saturated in something and completely tasteless, yet to see any egg. When I called the restaurant to address this I was met with a man who barely understands English and virtually told me I’m lying because everything is always cooked the same, usually I would agree which is why I haven’t had a single complaint prior to this but I’m not calling for the fun of it. Ignorant and rude very triggering definitely shouldn’t be answering the phones and dealing with customers. No apologies or solutions offered just refusal that my food was different to usual. I work in hospitality and restaurants myself so I don’t complain lightly

   The worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. The food lacked any real taste and was Cleary all frozen. Would rather eat dog food than taste this rubbish ever agian. Disgusted by the lack of taste or real flavour of the food. Stay away from this desgrace of Chinese food. O/10 food 11/10 robbery

   Service was very poor. I was given the wrong food and upon complaining, the guy serving became very defensive and basically said I was lying about the food I had ordered. I wasn’t asking for free food, nor a refund, just for the food I had actually ordered. On the other hand the spring rolls were slay ✨

   UPDATE: Curious why it took only 15 minutes to cook and deliver my food to my house that is 12 minutes away - turns out I now have food poisoning as does my friend. Food was clearly not cooked fresh. Will be reporting this. Incredibly quick delivery, food was piping hot as if it were just out the kitchen.

   Feeling sick and needed something to eat. Got the Thai Tom Yum Chicken Soup and Hot and Sour Soup The HOT and sour îs really tasty The chicken ine îs a bit thick (Look like jelly slightly) tasty too i just didnt expert the thickness. Will be definately order the HOT and sour soup again

   Basically I walked in to get chiken curry and chow mein, the chiken 'curry' is made with spice of some Chinese selection and I really like veggie food but you don't expect to find any chicken rather than peppers and beans with roughly 80% rice which is an absolute robbery so vegans paradise; the so called 'chow mein' is ready made dry as the Sahara and lacks any flavor. Thanks for making me sure not to go there ever again. Otherwise please guys improve a lot! Experience 0/10 Rip off 11/10
