Sorry won't be back for a valet ,put our mini in for a full valet,mostly because of the last owner being a smoker ( stinking!) Which i must say they did get rid of the smell,but I wouldn't say they done a good job of the rest ,the pedals were still dirty ,inside of the doors dirty,and looked as though they just wiped the rest with a wet cloth

A couple of weeks back, I had the typical female meltdown! My car wouldn’t start ( battery) whilst I was leaving my dads carehome with mum in situ! After panicking I got the car to the staff at Pro division, they were busy but got a lovely young mechanic to check things for me! Turns out I’m the idiot for leaving the car idling for over an hour! But the young lad was so lovely and helpful towards us- even talking to my elderly mum in the car about my dad being in the care home! Can’t thank him and the reception staff enough! What lovely caring people and I’ll be back to use their services in future ( hopefully less panicked!!) Thank you
Outstanding service and customer care. I recently booked in for a valet, which was easily booked to suit my schedule. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the wonderful young man doing the valet did a superb job - my car has never been so clean. He went above and beyond to help me ( I'm currently in poor health) and was utterly delightful. My car looks 10 years younger! I wish I could get the same!! Thanks to you.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I was returning my car to the finance company and I needed to get a valet, shampoo and some touch ups done (part of my job is working on building sites). Pro division were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From meeting me prior to their opening time to allow drop off, to dropping the car off at my home address because of my unwell child meant I couldn’t get to the centre to collect, nothing was a problem. The quality of the clean was first class, the touch ups needed were completed and finished to a high standard and the car handed back in immaculate condition, one of the valeters even ran over the car with a cloth before handing me the keys. I was kept fully updated throughout and kept fully appraised of what works were needed and what the costs would be. I would definitely use Pro Division again.
