I cannot express how amazed and grateful I am for the customer service tonight! My Uber eats order was completed wrong (the driver grabbed the wrong bag without speaking to store staff) I called and spoke to the manager and he was so helpful and extremely kind! The order got redelivered and he popped in a wee something as apology (which he really didn’t need to do as I know it wasn’t the stores fault). This completely made my week! I just wanted to express my complete and utter gratitude for this and his amazing customer service! I really hope he sees this! Thank you

Staff friendly and helpful and more than happy to help you find things you need. The only problem I can see is the door as it’s currently not in good shape. Although functional, the smashed glass doesn’t look very on brand for Sainsbury’s.

Ordered online twice from UberEats and the order was messed up on both occasions by Sainsbury's Morrison Street. On calling up the store, they were no use at all and the store manager straight up refused to help. I have ordered online from many other Sainsbury's stores and never had any issues. The store manager should pay more attention to how they manage online orders rather than arguing with customers and pushing back on their complaints.

Very limited stock when visited about 10.30am in the morning. Quick service

I went today with a couple of friends around 3 pm to get our shopping and the staff from the shop kept following us around the whole time since they heard we were talking in Spanish. It was pretty violent, and definitely not coming back to a shop that allows this kind of racism.

Terrible experience! Me and 3 colleagues went to the shop today at 15.30 to buy some groceries and since the moment we arrived two staff members started following us around the shop. it felt very violent and ruined completely the experience as we were shocked about it. They didnt even say hi or bye when arrived or left the shop. We ve been living in Scotland for 4 years and never felt like that before. We will never go back to this one or to other Sainsburys if thats how they treat people from a different country.

I'm very disappointed with this branch and in general with this multi million pound company and its self serving attitude through out the whole pandemic . I have raised the issue with management including the aggressive management and rudely told it's not our problem . Funny how they would never dream of taking that approach if it was one of their lovely regulars looking to buy a bottle of high alcohol content spirits at 09.57 in the morning . I did enjoy shopping at Sainsbury's in the past although the orange bags left a lot to be desired . However after a number of encounters over the last trying year I can say that their appeasing and somewhat permissive attitude to people breaching Covid rules makes me feel both unsafe and not at all supportive of giving them further business from my household . I have seen multiple instances of customers breaching social distancing , walking in without face masks , threatening other customers in a abusive and dangerous manner without a word or a care from the staff . That is threatening others for upholding the law . This company is a danger to many of its low paid front line workers as well as its customers . As a key NHS worker I will not and can not support such business's .

Not sure why this place is scored so low. For a European mini mart this place is decently priced and easy to get to! The staff are friendly and happy to take you to the food you’re looking for. The store itself has a wide variety of fresh produce and dairy, some frozen foods and refrigerated. Fresh bread and danishes. Booze is behind the counter, while beer and wine are not.

As the 3 star review sugests 'its okay' - certainly very handy for picking up a snack to take into the cinema next door, a lunch deal or random grocery item. The major disadvantage is the teeny shop size meaning that at peak times it's just a bit too busy. Has both manned and self service tills, and a small bakery area.
