I came in to Buy a meal deal for lunch and I decided to pick a Redbull as my drink. The worker then asks me to show her my ID and I’ve had my young scot card for over four years. I show her my young scot card and she says she can’t accept it because the pass verification on it has been worn off. I am not using a fake ID to buy a Redbull. It’s pretty clear by my age that I’m not under 16 ridiculous.

Multiple occasions where they've been selling out of date food by atleast a day. I understand selling stuff that's going off end of day but there shouldn't be at like 4pm on the 20th food that needs to be used by the 19th.

When I was in here last week, the assistant was putting things in the large fridges on the left. Firstly, she had her FOOT on the bottom shelf to balance herself.....just imagine the germs on the bottom of her soles! Also, once I started looking, I noticed how absolutely filthy the fridges are - does anyone ever clean them? And lastly - why on earth hasn't the freezer been fixed - it's been months now. Surely a company as large as Sainsbury can afford a new freezer?? Unhelpful staff, filthy shop and inept management.

I've been coming here since it opened and it's gone WAY downhill recently. Firstly the staff members - if you can find one - are awful. The exceptions to this are the lady (Susan?) who is incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly, and the Saturday boy. Everyone else seem to prefer chatting to each other on their earphones and pushing customers out of the way with their cages. On numerous times, basic things (bread, milk) are not on the shelves.....but if you ask someone they'll reluctantly go downstairs to the stockroom for you and fetch what you're looking for. Here's a tip if you don't want us wandering off to Tesco : stock downstairs isn't going to sell, and friendly staff create loyalty!!!

Just the same as most other Sainsbury stores. FRUIT, VEG, sandwiches, meal deals, batteries, tobacco etc. Was quite busy so not many sandwiches left and aisles not too wide so a bit of a scuffle. Could do with more people serving really... hate those self checkouts as everything goes wrong.

This Shop is Just 1 minute from my house, but I always try to go somewhere else. Why? Because the staff is rude in general. But today, I needed some bread for my tomorrow Lunch and I took the risk. I picked up 2 precooked baguettes. The price was wrong in the till (usual thing as well), so I called the only Girl that was working. When I explain her my problem, she didn't say even a Word to me. She started to knock number in the screen with very agresive manners. She changed the price, and then came back to whatever she was doing. No an apology. Nothing! And I guess that if I back tomorrow, the price would stay wrong.

Barefoot Merlot wine was priced at £6.00 on the shelf, yet came up at £7.00 on the till. The manager Jake said staff had priced the wine incorrectly on the shelf by mistake, and that he would have to charge me £7.00 despite them advertising it at £6.00 on the shelf price! Shocking mismanagement in this shop where customers are frequently charged much more than the shelf prices!

I walked up to the till to pay, mid way through to process the cashier (Emanuel) asked me what is in my pockets and tells me empty them. After discovering nothing on me he says I should not be offended and to calm down, instead of offering an apology. Terrible service won't be shopping there again. Also Tesco has better meal deals.
