   I had a really disappointing experience at the Sports Direct Wembley Central store. I purchased an item and within just five minutes, I wanted to return it. However, the manager informed me that they don't offer refunds at all and only provide credit notes. It felt like they were forcing me to spend more money in their store, which is really unfair and frustrating. I won't be returning. The rude and good for nothing manager was most unprofessional and does not deserve to be in customer service role.

   Just wanted to buy a pair of boots I went and asked two of the customers service reps working there all I wanted to ask if they had a particular shoe my size i couldn’t even get to ask that, cut me off before I even said a word and said “ there should be someone there to help you “ which to see there was nobody.. it’s understandable that they probably have crazy customers coming in and Being a pain but this is not the attitude you have towards every human being that approaches you.. DO BETTER

   Staff is so rude and unfriendly. No one seems to care for customer and do not want to assist. Just have to wait for 30 minutes for trial room. They lock it and can't open till all till customer served. Asked for size and color straight answer is we do not have. Not even care for check for it. Never going back here.

   Extremely disappointing experience at Sports Direct Wembley Central. I returned a pair of shoes the next day due to discomfort, but the manager refused to exchange them, accusing us of having worn them — even though they were clean and clearly unworn. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and another male staff member also behaved disrespectfully. They refused to engage in a proper conversation and ignored us completely. I’ve since seen many other complaints about this store’s staff, especially the manager. Sports Direct needs to take serious action to improve customer service at this location.

   I’m not happy with the working hours of that store. Although the store is in the very busy area of Wembley Central It closes so early at 6 pm. I was much disappointed when I came to the store this Saturday a little after 6 pm and the store was already closed. There were other disappointed customers who came to the store and just looked disappointedly through the shop window. If there was a note with the working hours on the front door the customers like me might not be so disappointed if they were informed about the working hours of that store.

   This was one of the worst sports direct store I have ever been… I came in to the store to print name on my football jersey. Day 1: I approached one of the staff about printing name on the jersey but got the response that the person who does it is not available.. so I said I will come the next day. Day 2: same kind a story but this time the person is on break and it’s too late to do the printing.. I was asked to come late in the morning. Day 3: I came into the store spoke to the girl staff at the counter… she spot the manager of the store asked him about the printing? He said they don’t do it in this store… If you guys don’t have this service in the store then this information should be provided to all the staff that are working in the store.. and please remove the printing machine from the store, as it gives wrong information about the services It’s not fair to waste the precious time of the customers..I wasted my 3 days come into this useless store… And no apology was provided by the staff… nor the so called Manager of the store… Worst Manager..

   This was one of the worst sports direct store I have ever been too, I wanted a personal name printed on my football top and the staff member at the till said we have to buy the top from the store. That is fine however when you spoke to the same person a few weeks back to ask this question and they say it's fine to bring in your top for printing and then go back on it, that is frustrating. I asked to speak to the store manager who was a guy with an afro with blonde highlights. I was pointed to his direction for which I walked over to him and explained my issue. Not once did he look at me to communicate and just kept staring at the security screen. This man has no management customer skills and needs to be trained! I asked for his name to make a complaint due to his lack of customer skills and he point blanked refused and walked away from me. He was absolutely awful and whoever is the area manager needs to look into this store as I'm not the only one who has raise bad feedback about wembley central store.

   Not worth even 1 star. When it opened the customer service was great but now the staff working at the store is very unprofessional. The recruitment team should hire people who know about customer service or you guys should train every staff thoroughly on customer service. I do not know the name of these staff members at wembley store but they specially need to be trained in customer. This is girl is a eastern european decent girl and the guy working in the front is from Goa/India. Absolutely pathetic customer service received by these guys.
