   Told me I need to be 25 to buy a red bull (IM 23 BTW) it clearly stated when scanned the minimum age is 16, worker was very rude and obnoxious. As an owner of a shop and cafe I wouldn’t employ him has terrible customer service skills and is just blatantly rude. Won’t be back!

   Close at least 20 minutes before advertised closing time. I have complained about this to management at least twice now and nothing changes. Quite a poor general product offering compounded with the very poor customer service makes this a no go. Would recommend the shell at maybury if you need an emergency bread/milk as is 24/7 with no quibbles!

   The girl behind the counter was too busy chatting to her friends, then served some random person after ignoring me. Eventually, I just got attitude. The security guard followed me around the shop. Employees getting in the way with their cages, etc, huffing at me as if I was in the way! No manners, zero help, and I can't understand half the folk that work there. I won't ever return, and I would urge others to consider shopping else where. P.s the stock is minimal aswel.

   Its the first time ive been her, shelves were really well stacked. Noticed upon arrival the two security guys doing nothing but chatting and being a pain in the, and in the way. i could of had the champagne. The lass behind the cig counter was too busy talking to the other tesco girl coudnt care less. I had alcohol and i had to interrupt a conversation between cig counter and the security guards. big red red light, still had to wait, sorry for the in-convince my Nigerian isnt good, but i know sweary words eventually after getting my vodka taken for the tag, she coundnt really give a flying Morrisons just up the road!

   I've been shopping at this tesco for years but lately there's been only one or two tills open and a long queue up the Isle for the self-service machines. It's not the staff's fault but I will never shop there again. Very disappointed customer.

   Wanted to say big thanks to staff members Josh and Jarvis. On Saturday evening 12th June I was cycling home- which was many miles away , and had to do a running repair on my bike. I came into the store to buy Allen keys. Not finding any I asked staff Josh and Jarvis and explained my predicament. They searched the store-then phoned home to bring in a set. I was able to do the fix and ride home. Thank you guys for your help and excellent customer service.
