   Have never experienced anything as bad as this shop. Went to collect a parcel which was confirmed as delivered, and they refused to hand it over at 20:50 despite it being 2 ft away from them behind the counter as they have decided they will no longer give out parcel after 20:30 despite being open until 22:00. The parcel was beside them, with no other customers at the time, and I was told they couldn’t give it to me as they had other work to do. Complete joke of a shop, do not get any parcels delivered here if you value your time. I’ve been going here for 3 or 4 times a week for 2 years, will never set foot in here again once I’ve got this parcel. Would recommend going to literally any other shop in Edinburgh instead of this one

   Don't get parcels delivered here. One of mine went missing, said they don't have it when vinted said it was delivered. When I asked what I can do they just kept repeating they can't find it, it's not here.... Edit: went back a couple days later and two lovely ladies helped me and they found it very easily x

   Very unhelpful staff. My Yodel parcel was confirmed as ready to collect, but the staff said they were refusing to take parcels because they had too many to sort through already. They turned away the Yodel delivery even though it had been scanned and confirmed as ready for pick up. This means Yodel cannot refund, and I have lost my money from the parcel. I would not have anything delivered there.

   Very lazy and unhelpful staff. Went to go pick up some parcels that were delivered there, 20 minutes before the scotmid closes, inpost said they were ready for pick up so i waited for the staff who were very unwilling to help and clearly not interested in getting helping me as they left me until last and let other customers infront of me, when they finally served me i showed them my collection email and they said the parcels were not there, as if they had magically disappeared, even though vinted and inpost told me they were there and ready to be collected, the staff told me to come tomorrow, unfortunately i needed the parcels tonight but this made no difference to the lazy staff who clearly just wanted to get home early. Don't reccomend, get your parcels delivered anywhere else but here, useless.

   CHECK DATES !! I just bought some chicken and didn’t think to check the date till I opened it when I was home and realised it smelt awful. Turns out it went out of date a week ago.. Usually fine but not great..

   About COVID19 test and the click&collect in store service. This store did not have the tests that RANDOX offers and I did not receive it. The website said it was in stock. I suspect that the ladies gave the tests without checking the order and emails! The shop staff was very unfriendly and did not want to help, said it was not their problem and told them to "go to another store". The lady turned her back and ignored me. I had to buy another test and pick it up in another store because the code to pick up did not work because it did not match the pickup location. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

   Veyy nice and friednly stuff, very helpfull, there is lots of cheap discounted items, that makes this shop good place for shopping, very close to city centre, half way trough leit walk, you can get almost everything from food to chemicals, it also have bakery, costa express and hot dogs, they have small kitchen where they make some food like baguetes and rolls. Also they make ice shakes.
