   I want to give a huge shoutout to Sarah and Erika at JD Sports for their exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality. From the moment I stepped into the store, they made me feel welcome, listened attentively, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. Erika brought a positive energy that made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Together, they created an atmosphere that was both professional and personal — something you don’t come across often in retail. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and sincere approach to customer care truly stood out. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it made all the difference. JD Sports is lucky to have them — and I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the brilliant service they provided. Thank you both!

   Dire customer service from an over staffed store seemingly with nothing to do. Went there like many to do some back to school shopping with my son. Plenty of staff on the shop floor (6-7) just a shame they seem so disinterested in providing top customer service and seem more concerned with amusing each other in conversations whilst leaning about on the merchandise rails. Zero assistance with lacing up trainers, box is just handed over and you’re left to struggle whilst the store assistant stands there holding an empty box looking gormless. Then despite a trailing queue and a 20 min wait because only one girl is struggling to serve at the till, the manager shows zero initiative to request staff to jump on and assist. He seems happy to let them continue their personal conversations on the shop floor whilst customers wait unnecessarily. Appalling service, no thanks.

   Waiting in queue, blonde supervisor with tattoos just standing behind the till on her phone instead of helping the customers. Waited almost 5 min to be served cause she couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone. What a disgusting customer service.

   Visited this shop to get some trainers for myself and my husband. The service was good, but took a while to get our trainers as it was a bit busy. One staff member wasn't great and didn't look remotely interested in her job or look like she wanted to be there. The other guy went out his way to help me find my size and gave me advice on the sizing. We did purchase a pair each.

   Very overpriced clothes that are unlikely to be worn by actually sports people. Black Nike jogging trousers £90.... However the service was brilliant when we bought a sale item.

   Saturday 22nd October 2022. Why the big light skin lady on the till so miserable and rude. Not polite, not nice, no "thank you", not appreciating my custom. Hmmn, SMH. Wow....

   This JD sports management is terribly poor with their treatment towards young people, which is shocking considering the fact JD owns that specific target audience. The environment is heavily toxic and ruins the work ethic for individuals. I do not suggest working here even if you’re looking for work experience as it ruins your view of what work life can truly be like.
