Outstanding service from the beginning continual updates following the booking with link to the company app for additional extras to make your stay more personal. Lodges are excellent and spotlessly clean and well stocked with home comforts like outside BBQ, Nespresso machine, large TV and Bluetooth speaker and large hot tub, along with everyday cleaning products. Arrived late but directions provided bring you straight to the door, opening up the curtains in the morning and what a view, scenery is breathtaking and you won't need the TV, watching the outside ever changing and enjoying the large hot tub watching the stars is all you need. We took advantage of meeting and feeding the animals with Damian and meeting the ponies Elizabeth, our daughter who is autistic really enjoyed this and was the highlight of her holiday. Site provides a pop up coffee shop which is sent via text message to say when they are open and an honesty shop for food, snacks like cakes and ice-cream along with gift products. There is so much more we could share but best you see for yourself, we would highly recommend and can't wait to return ourselves.

We had a fabulous time staying in the Wee Rowan pod. It was very clean and very cosy. The tablet was very useful!! All I shall say about inside the pod is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable also, the greenery around the pod could’ve been kept a bit nicer due to videos on social media and photos online showing it kept a lot less overgrown. (especially the decking area where the steps are to walk down past the pod away from the hot tub) The farm itself is lovely, so many animals to see and feed after purchasing the animal feed from the farm shop on site. Overall, it was a lovely getaway and a very beautiful part of scotland! So quiet and peaceful and the skies at night are astonishing!

We all had a fab weekend at Airhouses. Accommodation was absolutely superb & so clean. Loved the setting; the hot tub; the meet and greet the animals and making bread and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Enjoyed coffee in the coffee shop and made good use of the honesty shop. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return. Thank you to the team at Airhouses.

We had a fantastic stay at The Buchanan Lodge, it truly exceeded our expectations. The layout of the lodge was clearly well thought out: spacious, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. A lovely touch was the welcome pack, complete with a delicious home baked cake. Such a thoughtful and personal gesture! The lodge had great modern amenities including Bluetooth speakers and a smart TV. We brought our own Firestick which worked perfectly, but it was great to have the smart TV there if needed. The hot tub was a real highlight with absolutely stunning views over the rolling countryside. It’s such a peaceful setting, and the way the lodges are spaced means you have plenty of privacy. We didn’t hear a sound from any other guests all week! There is also a charcoal BBQ to use if you wish. Being located on a farm was an unexpected bonus. To be fair we were lucky to get a last minute cancellation and hadn't really researched where we were staying. We loved visiting the animals: pigs, donkeys, alpacas, sheep, goats, cows, and horses. All very friendly (though no hand-feeding the pigs!). It was lovely to wander over and feed them each day. We were lucky with the weather – mid-20s most of the week – and thanks to the smart lodge design and a light breeze, it was easy to keep the space cool in the evenings. The hosts were absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home. While we didn’t need anything (because everything was perfect), it was clear that they were on hand if we had. We took our dog with us and they had left us a bowl, towel and dog treat which was a lovely touch. You would never know another animal had been in there which was excellent. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return with friends in the future. If you're looking for a peaceful countryside escape, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at the hawthorn pod. The pod and hot tub are very high standard, extremely well kept and clean. Beautiful area with stunning views and friendly farm yard friends. Really fantastic stay can’t wait to return, already planning a trip for spring next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay xx

Got back yesterday from our stay in the Hawthorn pod, and just booked for next year in the Rowan Pod!! What an amazing place. Ideal location, perfect to recharge the batteries and just get away from it all!! We didn't travel too far from our own town to get here, but it couldn't have felt further away. Damian was lovely and extremely helpful. The pod was a dream and just perfect!! Thank you all so so much. Look forward to next year.

5 of us stayed in Buchanan Lodge. The lodge was great, all very clean, with a lovely welcome pack. The main living area is very spacious with good, confy sofas in the seating area and TV set/audio setup was easy to use. WiFi was easy to connect to also. Bedrooms lovely, clean and tidy, en suites great. Kitchen facilities were excellent with an extra fridge freezer and washing machine in the store room at the bottom of the stairs. Hot tubs were great, checked regularly by the owners. Scenery was wonderful, walked around the trails with my wife and went a bit further afield myself. Lots of wildlife to be seen including butterflies, hare, deer and an elusive barn owl. The loop from the accommodation to Oxton and back is a good running loop if you don't mind the hills. Kids loved the farm animals particularly the antics of the goats and the donkeys!! The honesty shop had lots of nice local products although we didn't purchase anything this time. The coffee shop in the old dairy building is open around lunchtime at weekends. Had a nice hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a slice of millionaires. Yum. We have visited a few years ago and the standard of the accommodation has remained at the extremely high standard throughout those years.
