Lovely boutique hotel 15-20 min walk from Edinburgh Old Town. Really nice if you want to stay somewhere quiet a short way out of the city. Room was clean and spacious, bar well stocked and staff friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.

No32 Hotel is a hidden gem in Edinburgh! The rooms are stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable, blending traditional charm with modern touches. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Itβs in a great location, quiet but within walking distance to the city centre. A perfect stay!

The most kind-hearted hotel I have even been in. Rooms are beautifully done and the people there are incredibly sweet and welcoming. Any issue or request was met with a smile and a smooth, fast response. I am incredibly happy to have stayed there and would/will definitely stay there again when possible.

Very clean and spacious room. Location in the Haymarket neighborhood is an easy 20-30 minute walk to the historic district. Great spot if you want a little bit of a quieter neighborhood. Hotel is a 3 minute walk to the train station and a bus stop that goes right to the airport. I think the guest app/portal thing could contain more helpful information like when breakfast is served and other small details. But otherwise staff were very friendly and generally available when needed.

One of the best experience i had so far on my vacation to Scotland. The hosts are so warm and helpful and it was at a very prime location. I would never stay anywhere but at No.32 Hotel in Edinburgh.

Had a lovely stay, the location is great, only a 15 minute walk into the centre, and along a quiet road. Room was smaller than what i see in the photos but nonetheless was clean..Super stay

Great and kind staff, perfect location and remarkable room. We were given Room 2, high ceiling, super king bed, extra side bed, very spacious, controllable radiators that were super hot and perfect for the winter weather. Will come back when we're in Edinburgh again!

Upon our arrival (5:30PM local time) we could not get into the lobby. We rang the bell several times to no avail. I had been traveling for about 20 hours with my young daughter so you can imagine we just wanted to get to our room. After calling the number posted we were met by the rudest person we encountered during our entire stay in Edinburgh. In fact, he was the only rude person during our stay in this beautiful city. He let us in and asked what our name was. No greeting, no welcome, no βthank you for waiting.β It was as if we were inconveniencing him. The reservation had been made under my husbandβs name (he was arriving later) and when the man found the slip he showed me and said the total for the room was due. Very rude. I was not expecting this so I asked him to double check and he said, βyou pay now!β So I presented my card to him and he said, βno we have to go to the other roomβ then took what seemed like forever to prepare the bill. I paid and began to lead us downstairs. The room we had reserved at the beginning of August was on an upper level with a view of the street. He led us to a small room with no view and when I asked if he had another key for my husband to use he said no. I wanted to leave but we were exhausted and my daughter needed to rest. I went into the bathroom and saw the toilet was dirty and had visible feces in it. We went to Tesco to buy some cleaning products after this. We were not informed when housekeeping would arrive and after 3 nights we returned to our room to find all our suitcases moved and CLOSED and contents made a mess of. All my toiletries had been moved for absolutely no reason. Pillows had been REMOVED from our beds for no reason. We originally had 8 pillows for 2 beds. After housekeeping we were left with 5. Upon checkout my husband asked the same rude man if we could pay with his company card (it was a business trip for him) and reimburse my card. He said yes. That was October 16th and we are still waiting for a credit on my card. My husband has repeatedly emailed and called the hotel with no reply. A young man asked us how our stay was and I told him it was terrible. He admitted to me they switched our room reservation 3 days before our arrival! With no communication to us! He asked for a good review and I told him how did he expect me to leave a good review after such a terrible stay? He said he was bothered but did nothing to offer any recompense to us, especially regarding the room switch. Stay away from this place. Terrible experience. We will stay done where else upon our next trip to Edinburgh.
