The store in Dumbarton has been going downhill in my estimation. Fruit and vegetables are very poor with short sell by dates. Monday 29 th December we visited store and at the meat counter requested 2 Kilo of sliced stewing steak from a very uninterested employee who told us stew is on the shelves even although his counter was fully stocked. Lazy and rude. I returned home and tried to contact shop manager but couldn’t not be put through as it had to go to customer service who informed me that all agents were busy but somebody would return my call and of course I am still waiting. Morrisons loss is now Asda gain as we have no intention of returning after 25 years after very poor customer service.

Good for parcel lockers, don't use store anymore, far too expensive, used to be competitive and their app for buying products for bonus points doesn't work.

I had a really nice time in Morrisons yesterday. Everyone I encountered was caring and kind, including the man at Timpson, the guy at self-serve checkout, and the lady giving out the paper bags. Thank you all

What's happening to morrisons Dumbarton? It's gone way downhill, poorly stocked, poor selection, poor quality , broken freezers , disillusioned staff, needs a major face-lift, having shopped here for over 30 years, now moving to other stores unless it changes dramatically.

Good food, cheap petrol and diesel, would get 5 stars if prices in store were more like Aldi or Lidl. Scotch eggs are the best!

The staff are always excellent at this Morrisons, in fact at all Morrisons. The food in the cafe is good and excellent value. However - this is a very strong criticism (I'd give zero stars if I could) levelled at the cleanliness of the cutlery in the cafe. On regular visits you can only use 50% of the cutlery as it's smeared in someone else's food. Today it was 1 in 11 knives that where clean. How?!! It's not just this Morrisons cafe that suffers this, it seems the case in many. Morrisons sort thus out - it's not cool!

Extremely busy (it was the festive season) and they only had one member of staff working the self checkout which slowed down the speed of the sale dramatically. Lovely service though.

although the cafe was half empty it took the best part of an hour to get a basic lunchtime meal. Looks like the new owners are cutting staff numbers. At least they cant be accused of serving fast food

Not sure if it was just because we were in Scotland but wow how much has Morrisons come on. Great selection of different foods to suit all dietary requirements, everything was full and looking very clean and tidy. Only went in for a couple of days worth of stuff but bought enough for a week as too many nice things to choose from! Second visit today (Sunday) and sadly today the shelves were a little bare, maybe the difference in day but would still expect the fresh produce like bread etc to be fully available
