   Went into the shop today. Was getting sick of disposable vapes, they were making me feel ill. The guy that served me was amazing. Said I might actually be taking too much nicotine. He recommended a chargeable vape and liquids(which I bought) also gave me liquid with lower nicotine and I can honestly say I feel so much better. Don't feel sick anymore and the new vape is amazing. Will also save me money. The customer service was first class. This will be the only vape shop I visit from now on.

   Great variety of options, something for everyone in this shop. However, the best part wasn't the variety, it was the amazing service. Stuart was very helpful in helping me find something that really suited me, he took his time and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was just overall awesome. I live far from this branch but the service was enough to make anyone want to come back. Easy 5 stars.

   Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable! always receive fab customer service no matter what branch I go to but tend to go to the same one as the staff recognise you as a regular and adds to the quality of the shopping experience. Always well stocked and plenty of liquids and devices to choose from.

   Came in a few months ago .. forgot to write this review . but the service i got from the younger chap , who i think was the manager or supervicer ... was so dissapointing, he didnt know his arse from his elbow , clearly not from the area or he would be more respectfull !
