Lovely store and staff, acknowledged on entry very helpful lady directed and walked with me to get what I need and to the checkout, got straight in and out so I'd say very great and quick shopping experience. 10/10

We recently visited Hamleys in Glasgow whilst on a trip for my daughters birthday. To say she loved it there was an understatement ! We ended up visiting two days in a row. She was more than happy to play with the toys while I was looking for some gifts for her big sister and an upcoming birthday party we had to attend. She also loved the build a bear being able to make her very own bear. The staff where all so friendly and welcoming. They where very helpful in picking out some bits and offering recommendations. My daughter said her favourite part of her whole trip was definitely the teddy bear shop.

Such a good toy shop. Not many interactive toy shops out there where kids can also have a little play whilst you are looking. Staff were very friendly and helpful too
Hamleys is quite a famous toy store, until recently it was only based in London, but it's branched out worldwide, I've seen one in Dubai. This store at St Enoch shopping centre was their second store, it's large and well stocked with children's toys and paraphernalia for kids of all ages. My only gripe, I had to ask 3 different attendants where the toy I was looking for, more training please.
