My wife and I stayed overnight at this Ibis hotel, the room and facilities were exactly what you need for a clean, versatile and easy stay for a break. The reception staff were great, really friendly and attentive. For our breakfast we went to the sister Novotel dining room via an internal corridor. The dining room was spacious, the breakfast quality and choice was excellent, hot food regularly topped up, waiting staff were obviously keeping the tables and work surfaces hygienically clean. We were greeted at entry by Claire who explained the service availability, location of facilities and escorted us to indicate the seating area, she later enquired if we were enjoying our breakfast and our stay, we enjoyed the small talk that made us feel welcomed. Top marks Ibis/Novotel.

My friend and I stayed an overnight in the hotel and both agreed it was lovely. The room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was spotless. We loved the Glaswegian theme throughout the hotel. We had an issue with working the heating which the lovely young man Connor sorted out. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

When I visit Glasgow I always choose this hotel because it's very good value. Really nice lad, who was struggling with a WiFi outage, checked me in quickly. My room had recently been refurbished and was immaculate. The rest of the hotel was neat and tidy too. Breakfast is served next door at the Novotel. Access is straight forward through a linked corridor.

Was greeted by excellent front desk staff who were INCREDIBLY helpful and cheery. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast in the Novotel was great value (& fresh). Check-out staff (at 5am!!) also went above and beyond to help with my boarding pass. I HIGHLY recommend the Ibis Hotel if you are staying in Glasgow!

I didn't get to stay here long, but I was very impressed. Staff were very welcoming and the room was cosy. Location was the best at an affordable price. Pillow cases could have been a little bit cleaner, when you were heavily delayed you didn't care. Would stay again!

The rooms are nice. But the breakfast area was very poor. Most of the stations are empty and less staff or not planned properly. Most of the food is empty and didn't refill for more than 30 mins. I understand it was busy. But the management should have planned well as they knew the number of rooms booked.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The team were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, although it was quite busy. The room was great - modern and comfy. I loved the quirky efforts the hotel has made - see my pics - which really added to the experience.

The Ibis was a lovely unpretentious hotel. Nothing fancy dancy but everything you needed. The breakfast was good, possibly could do with a few more varieties, my wife asked for poached eggs but couldn't get them, but that's a minor quibble. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, too comfortable after a heavy night , to get out of. Most if all , the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much for them. Really good. Special mentions to Julia Maria ,Roberto and Lauren. All from Spain. But they were all great. The location is a little bit out of the way but not too much tbh. All in all , for the cost we thoroughly recommend the Ibis Glasgow City Centre.

Centrally located and very reasonably priced hotel. Small and compact room but perfect for a short stay in Glasgow. Due to an early morning flight we got to the hotel around 9am to ask to drop our bags off and to our delight we were told our room was ready! Happy days! No complaints at all apart from household knocking on our door the following morning at 9am and again at 10am! Not sure why! Would recommend the hotel.
