We have been several times as nearest Clarks and the service is just poor, yesterday we were served quickly but the poor staff member was expected to be serving us and being on the till and she forgot us so we ended up being 45 mins buying 2 pairs of shoes. We won't be returning.
I went in today to buy shoes but sadly only 2 staff, 1 the manager. I'm sorry to say the staff member dealing with me didn't seem very helpful; she was flitting between customers and not giving me her full attention. I will not be returning.
Having my granddaughters feet measured was fantastic,brilliant lady on a Monday. Collecting them today was a whole different story. The young girl just handed us the shoes. I said don't know if they fit yet, she said well put them on her and I will check. Rubbish service, felt neglected and after fantastic service earlier in the week.
Disgraceful!! I brought a pair of shoes but was given unmatched shoes, not a problem mistakes happen, but the Manageress who returned my refund, her attitude was disgusting, in the end I asked her why she had not apologised for the inconvenience, to which she ignored me and just shrugged her shoulders, when asked her name she refused to give it to me! Never have I ever come across such rudeness, as it happens her name was on the receipt Charlotte. I shall be contacting head office first thing in the morning and reporting her.
Wonderful service for me and my son from a vendor called “Musa”. He’s taken his time with us, made sure to give us great advice and to check that all parameters were in place for us to chose the right shoes. Really great to see that helping people like him are still on the shops. I’m a 34 y old father and the gain in time and efficiency was super important for me. Would recommend and come again just because of that experience. Well done!
Brought my granddaughter for shoes here recently in longwell green, bristol. Assistant needed prompting to measure my 7 yr old granddaughter foot, asking us what size she was??? But once he'd measured it he was very patient as she tried on at least 4 pairs before making her decision. Overall a good trip.
I had a good experience with Clarks at Longwell Green the other day. The staff were friendly and helpful and made it easy for us to buy some children’s shoes. We used the ticket system and we were served quite quickly. The only thing I would say was bad about our experience is that the store was large but there wasn’t a bit quantity of shoes to choose from, I would say there was a very small selection. Overall it was a good visit and a nice modern Clarks store, I would go back again but hopefully they would have more stock next time.
