Went in with the wife and kids, bought shoes for the wife, pair of sandals each for the kids, and slippers for myself. The staff member, Phil, was very helpful and tolerant to our nightmare children. Definitely felt valued as a customer and will return.
Absolutely LOVE this store for many, many reasons....living proof of why high street shops are vital for communities - not only do I love the shoes and bags but the staff are wonderful. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do - you always have time for everyone and I should imagine change many people's day.
Just went shoe shopping Keynsham and the people that work in this store I felt were absolutely brilliant. Usually you get served by unenthusiastic youths and at 4pm on Saturday on clock off mode. The gentleman sat my daughter down and checked her shoes fit. He was so friendly and really made our day.
