My wife and I went in looking for a mattress and Neil had us organised before we knew it and 48 hours later we have our new mattress on our bed and the old one taken away .    Thank you for the excellent service we received from everyone at Hampton and McMurray. We ordered a Hypnos mattress on Sunday which was delivered the next day. Sam in the store was very helpful and friendly. He gave us good advice so we could pick the right mattress for us. The delivery staff were very polite they even put down carpet so they did not walk on my carpets with wet shoes. We will definitely be telling our family and friends to shop at Hampton and McMurray for value for money but more importantly the best customer service we have had in a very long time.

   Excellent service and communication through a very difficult time. Furniture did arrive later than time stated due to a situation caused by many different reasons. Staff from sales, office, delivery and warehouse have all got Excellent customer care. Have dealt with this company before and would not hesitate to go back. Would highly recommend. Delighted with my purchase.
