From seeing a post on Instagram to the moment we visited the showroom, the entire experience felt professional, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare these days to find a company that excels not just in the quality of their furniture, but also in the level of service they provide at every single stage – and Top Drawer absolutely delivers on both fronts. Right from the start, Jackie and Lynsay were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and patient, taking the time to really understand what we were looking for rather than pushing a quick sale. They offered helpful advice on styles, finishes, and layouts, and their attention to detail made a huge difference. Every question was answered clearly and honestly, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. It was obvious they genuinely care about making sure customers are happy and confident in their choices. The range and quality of the furniture itself is outstanding. Everything felt solid, well-made, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and budgets. Jackie and Lynsay guided us through the options with real expertise, helping us visualise how everything would look in our home. Their suggestions were spot on, and I felt reassured throughout the process that we were making the right decisions. When the goods arrived, the experience somehow got even better. Justin was absolutely fab. Him and the team arrived on time, friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. All items were carefully assembled and put exactly where they were meant to be, with real care taken to make sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was the attention to detail and respect for our home – all packaging was taken away, everything was left spotless, and the furniture was positioned precisely as discussed. It was completely stress-free, which is something you don’t always get with furniture deliveries. Overall, the whole journey – from showroom visit, to ordering, to delivery and assembly – was seamless. It’s clear that Top Drawer pride themselves on excellent customer service and quality workmanship, and it truly shows. Jackie, Lynsay, and Justin are a credit to the business , and their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience a pleasure. If you’re looking for high-quality furnishings in Glasgow and want a company that goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Top Drawer.    It's a beautiful place well taking care of and great cafe and cakes, delicious. The only downfall are prices, very expensive, but you can find either same products or similar elsewhere.

   Stunning place, everything is beautiful. I was surprised to see they had a christmas gonk for £32.99, I had purchased the exact same one last week in home bargains for just £2.99. They're was a few things I noticed that were cheaper elsewhere. But if moneys not a problem, then this place is right up your st.

   Gorgeous shop with a good range of items. The Christmas section had beautiful items especially. Unfortunately I did feel quite uncomfortable within the shop as I felt as though I was being followed/watched everywhere I went. Maybe I didn’t fit the image of the usual clientele! Not sure I would go back due to this.

   Absolutely stunning store, needed a Christmas tree topper and explained my colour schemes to Robyn , she choose such a beautiful topper to match my decor ,with a few additional Xmas picks to add into my tree, I also purchased the Maison Berger Paris Lampe Lessentielle , with a full demo in store and an amazing choice of scents , my house smells of Christmas, , thanks for a wonderful personal experience, one to one experience and can't wait to return
