Don't touch this company as it's in liquidation, and you will be ripped off. Bought a dinner table and chairs from them in January and the table was badly damaged when there delivery and assembly team came to assemble it, was promised a replacement table top, still waiting on it or contact from them 4 months later.
Great company, beautiful finishing. Got a bed and a sofa. Best sofa I have ever had top quality and will last a lifetime. Glad I bought from morale I could not have got the quality of our sofa from anywhere else. Delivery time was good and the delivery boys were amazing guys very courteous and respectful. They worked hard bringing in a huge bed and huge sofa. Thank you for a great service would buy from here again.
We bought 4 chairs which required assembly. The young man stayed over 3hrs. I could not fault him. Courteous, hard working a complete perfectionist. A welcome change. Would definitely recommend the company.
Got what we were looking for & service was very good as per usual. Didn't realise they had a reduced stock room with up to 70% off.
Decent store good selection of furniture a little on the pricey side for some items.
First time here on Saturday and although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for they still had great choice of Garden furniture as well as for the home. Can't wait to return as had my eye on a few bits!
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! My husband and I bought 3tables from this company and when they arrived they were flat packed. We did not expect this as this was not explained to us in the shop . I phoned the shop quite upset at the fact that has we known they were flat packed we would not have bought them the owner then said that did I expect them for free being assembled!!! I said I expected them to be assembled as we saw them in the shop assembled and no one said otherwise he carried on being really cheeky I had to tell him his customer services needed to be worked on , getting nowhere I hung up. I started to build the tables and there were 18 parts missing I phone immediately to go on answer phone and left a message no one has got back to me . It is now over a week and still no response. I got one of my own engineers to get the parts to put it together. The first time I went to the shop and it will certainly be the last !!
Truly awful company, delivered faulty items, refused to replace the correct parts or to give a refund - DO NOT ORDER from this company
I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.
