Very happy with the service I received from both Nikki and Robbie - went in to purchase some electric/reed diffusers I’ve had my eye on for a while and they were both extremely helpful and attentive.
Recently bought some living room furniture and a very helpful chap named Robbie was hugely attentive and a great asset to the company. Special mention to the store manager Lindsay also, who too was hugely helpful.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at The Designer Rooms - Silverburn! I recently purchased a stunning, high-quality sofa from them. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring I got a fantastic deal. Despite being informed that delivery might take up to 3 weeks, they pleasantly surprised me with a text indicating it would arrive just 3 days later. The delivery team was exceptionally efficient, leaving no mess behind. From beginning to end, it was a truly fantastic experience. I wholeheartedly recommend The Designer Rooms to anyone in search of quality furnishings.
Can't step into the store due to the large number of diffusers pumping an unbearable stench into the room. Literally choke as soon as I step in, have to turn straight back around and leave.
AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU! They sell broken/damaged furniture. They have a no refunds policy which they will not tell you about. Be aware before giving this company your money as they promise you it all to give you nothing. STAY AWAY FROM DESIGNER ROOMS - THEY ARE CROOKS.
I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering a sofa and additional cushions. I ordered a sofa in September 2022 with additional scatter cushions, my delivery was due in the middle of November 2022. I received my sofa just before Christmas after phoning several times, the sofa arrived with no additional cushions and the L shaped sofa had brackets missing which should have kept the sofa together!?? Clearly no quality checks take place. After lots of calls emails and apparently management intervention no further forward 4 months on STILL waiting on additional cushions! These were guaranteed w/c 2nd January however no surprise to write that they are missing!!! Honestly pantomime scripts are more believable!!! I am so disappointed as I have purchased many pictures, clocks mirrors from the store with ease? But OMG please spare yourself and don't order furniture from this company as the customer service and management is diabolical !!! I am gutted I had to put one star as there was not a option for less!!!
The showrooms look lovely and furniture looks good quality. Purchased a coffee table set. Sales lady was lovely and helpful. Delivery was quick. Delivery guys were a bit late on their timeslot, i was in a hurry to go out, so after delivery, i did not really check the goods thoroughly. After arriving home i noticed a scratch on the smaller table. I then saw the reviews for this company and felt a bit regretful because of all the negative reviews. Called customer service the next day, was advised to email in pictures to show fault. Did that and shortly recieved an email back offering a voucher to use if i wanted to keep the table as is. I replied saying i did not require furniture in the near future and asked how long it would be to have it changed. After a few days i recieved a call for delivery for the replacement. Table arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I am happy the way my issue was dealth with.
Worst customer service ever ordered a couch, dinning table and chairs away back in January told them we were waiting until our house was built until we wanted them delivered they said that was fine to keep them. We made a delivery date they didn’t bother to show with our furniture no phone or anything we then got given another date they only showed up with our dinning table we then called customer service they said they would send us out the rest of our furniture which they did but seen they sent us the completely wrong chairs we ordered and the couch had different feet on them. We then called customer service again and got told the dinning room chairs we ordered were discounted !! So basically we paid for our chairs and they had given them away to someone else so now we’re left to with a dinning table no chairs and a couch with the wrong feet !We have spent a lot of money to get treated like this . I definitely won’t be shopping there again or recommending them to anyone honestly never experienced such bad customer service in my life it’s embarrassing !
