   Ordered pans a month ago for nearly £200, a set of stainless steel pots and ceramic frying pans. The quality is very poor- the pans are scorched after first use, don’t clean properly and overheat (even the products with handles which are supposed to be functional whilst in use). Contacted pro cook and was told it was the water in my area, no apology was given, no solution offered, the staff member was casual and abrupt- wouldn’t recommend these pans a) for the quality and b) for the customer service.
