I phoned at 4pm last Wednesday to see if they could print numbers and names onto two football tops i had recently purchased for workmates who were leaving on Friday. The woman i spoke to said yes we can do that there and then but we close at 6pm. I went down the next day after being mucked around by DPD, a long bus journey from Gorgie during rush hour. Having walked all around the industrial estate, with it’s uneven pavements and roads, that has extremely poor signage for its units i find the correct one. Its 4:45pm and the guy gleefully tells me its too late to do the strips and i can leave them with them, not what i was told on the phone the day before and impossible as i needed them done for the Friday. I picked up my walking stick and left. Complete waste of nearly 3 hours.

Placed an order on 9th of December. Received delivery after 60 days. Worst service ever. With such a customer service this place should be closed down.
Ordered a pennant from Football nation, staff were great, so was delivery time but the standard was really disappointing , it was only a cheap one so I didn’t expect much but what turned up was laughable. Guys in the team didn’t even swap it with the oppo it was that bad.
So refreshing to deal with the knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful staff. They most definitely go the extra mile to ensure things are right and exactly what you want. You are kept up to date every step of the way. They even send a photograph of the garment with the printing in place before the lettering is actually ironed on - just to check that it is as you want it.
Easy to order from, easy to communicate your requirements and delivered as expected. With the current situation, delays are expected but always kept in touch. Great customer service, quality and cheap embroidery and printing. No disappointment. Will order from them again!
