   Anyone else think the young boy with the glasses needs an attitude adjustment, won’t mention his name but tried for a home delivery on an item and he told me my postcode was blacklisted and said his “hands were tied” how’s that my fault? I demanded to speak to a manager to be told he was the manager on duty at that time *sigh* in the end i went to Currys and got the same TV for £20 less and i could take it away that day, result!

   Your average Argos center. Ample self service counters. Helpful staff. Some initial confusion in inputing the discount code at the self service station but staff were helpful in solving this. Large amount of parking available outside.

   Really poor service, and inefficient staff! After the delivery date has passed, I called them, they said your order isn’t in the system. I had to go back to the store and make another purchase; even with that delayed delivery with one part missing in my wardrobe. I ended up returning it. So stressful and unqualified staff

   Horrible customer service at Argos braehead. Just came here to collect my order at 5:08pm on the 21st of April and a young blonde employee with a septum piercing was very very rude when the other employee was too busy drinking her energy drink and chatting. What a poor experience, won’t be returning. Manager should work better in training employees to treat customers in a better way.

   I was a little worried about visiting my local Argos inside Sainsbury's at Braehead Retail Park because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to use the touchscreens to make an order due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Luckily, there were a few touchscreens available and socially distanced as well. I was able to get the Lorus watch I wanted to purchase and I was pleased that the screen could notify me that other options were also available to purchase online at argos.co.uk as well as which ones were available instore. Also, being able to pay at the touchscreen was really good too as it limits contact with customers for the staff in these unusual times and keeps us all safe and healthy. As I previously mentioned, I got the Lorus watch I was looking to purchase and the staff were quick and friendly with retrieving my purchase from the stockroom and handing it over to me.

Via Google Pay . Did not wait long and my other was ready asap. Easy access , free parking , over all great shopping experience .
