   They sell shoes that allowed me to walk with blisters that were two inches in diameter (that I had gotten due to some bad shoes I had gotten in Montreal Canada just before my trip here). The staff was helpful in getting the right pair of shoes for my feet.

   Just went In to purchase something at Dunfermline high street store. There was no staff upstairs for assistance and when I approached the staff downstairs the male was very rude. Even telling me to leave the store if I was going to be awkward. He kept insisting that the staff was upstairs which wasn't the case as the female staff appeared from downstairs good 5 mins later.

   Worked for this store back when it first opened. Company are BRUTAL! They hire youngsters and find the most mistreated and over worked managers to govern them so as to keep the whip cracking as much as possible. Impossible targets and the concept of employees rights doesn’t exist to this company. Minimum wage across the board and you have to clock in 14 minutes early and out 14 minutes late as their system then doesn’t register the 28 minutes and they save on their hours budget. The one time I stood up for myself I was told that I had a bad work ethic and the managers launched a campaign of cutting hours and gaslighting me to bully me out the door. Corporate and head office weren’t interested. Don’t shop there

   Very happy unhelpful and rude customer service. They hire couple of young customer assistance and they are extremely rude. Few days ago I been that shop. Two customer assistant were talking each other, I asked them if they have my size or not. But one of them just shut me out to say “ one second we are talking “ . And they continue their talking without helping me out. Is it a good customer service?

   Good products but too small a womans section, and I was shocked that the changing room has literally no lock! A staff member has to 'look out' for you. I'm hoping this is a temporary thing!

   After waiting 12 minutes for an assistant. Only 1 at shoes and trainers. 1 sitting down at corner desk. Other people waiting as well several if us just walked out dissatisfied with service of Dunfermline shop. I am a business owner dealing with customers myself. I find this not good customer service at all i wont be back.
