   I was a tennant with them until I moved to our own flat,top notch agency, they were very quick to respond to all out queries and requests, if anything that needed repair they were able to address and send the right person to fix it in no time, their inspections were professional and in a very civilized manner. They also have their electronic system for payments and customer management which was quite handy.

   I rented my flat with Source Property for almost 5 years- and the service they provide is second to none! When I was first looking to move from Leeds to Clydebank, Kris showed me around a property that did eventually fall through- my issue rather than the agents. However Kris was very quick to suggest others that had come to market and I was able to make a very smooth move! Over the years, if there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly. Kris and Will have been excellent at communicating inspections whilst being very respectful to my privacy also. All necessary boiler/alarm/electrical etc checks have been carried out with very little disruption. They have also been extremely fair with the policy around me having my pets. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to rent or buy a property and can say with confidence that Source Property have been the best letting agent I have rented with through my 17 years renting!

   Kris and Will were always helpful and prompt whenever we had queries, and both really friendly. They would get back to us within the hour (a couple of hours at most) when we sent emails or left voicemails. Any time we had something that needed repaired or looked at, they usually had someone out on the same day. The best thing about renting from source was that I always felt like they understood and respected that the property was my home, even though I didn't own it. Letting agencies can sometimes act as though they're doing you a favour by letting you live in a place, whereas with source it felt like they genuinely cared that we were comfortable in our own home. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property from a reliable and friendly agency.

   We asked Source Property to sell my mum's house after she passed away. We don't live locally. Kris went above and beyond to help market the house in our absence from getting builders in to taking the meter readings once the house was sold. It was good to know the sale was in safe hands from a distance. Would definitely recommend.

Kris made a lovely video of our property and it certainly enhanced our home and the viewers all said that it was accurate and true to the property. Sold in 4 days and all went smoothly.
